We provide complimentary shipping for items with an original price exceeding $50. For all other repairs, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping and handling fees. Please ensure that the jewelry is returned with all components, excluding any missing parts, to facilitate accurate repairs. Before any items are shipped to us, we will contact you to discuss your needs and determine the best way to assist you.
